Deadly Brawl in Central Pattaya
A violent Pattaya street fight between Burmese workers turned deadly in the early hours of September 30, 2025. Two men were stabbed to death and another was rushed to hospital in critical condition. Police confirmed the attack stemmed from a personal dispute that began during a football match.

Details of the Incident
The clash took place in front of Piyada Residence on Pattaya Third Road, Nong Prue, Bang Lamung, Chonburi. Rescue workers arrived to a gruesome scene:

The first victim was stabbed in the chest, with the knife piercing his heart. He died instantly.

Through an interpreter, a witness identified as Mr. Raj, 41, revealed that the two groups had clashed earlier while playing football in Soi Land Office. Tensions escalated when they encountered each other again on the street.
Police reviewed CCTV footage and discovered the confrontation began near Bali Hai Pier and continued until it reached the apartment, where knives were used in a chaotic fight. The night before, the groups had argued at a Nepali workers’ party but were separated before it turned violent.
Police Investigation and Arrests
Pattaya police arrested two suspects and seized three knives as evidence. Both confessed to the attack, citing personal anger and revenge as the motive.
