Paying tribute to legendary players Jim Hall and Ron Carter, Stan and Andrey will perform songs from the classic album ‘Alone Together’, alongside new Paleco original compositions and some time-honoured jazz standards.
As guitar maestro Stan Paleco says: “Our idea is less is more, it’s about telepathic communication between two musicians. Playing without drums is challenging but gives you a lot of freedom and new dimensions to explore.”
Using the Hall/Carter album ‘Alone Together’ as a jumping-off point, these two masters of the fretboard will explore the boundaries of improvisation during three sets of guitar-and-bass arrangements.
