PRO FOOTBALL DESCENDS ON CENTRAL BANGKOK!!
This Saturday, Bangkok F.C play Sakaeo at Bangkok’s Chulalongkorn Stadium; kick-off 4 PM. Match tickets are available at the stadium for 100 baht.
Chulalongkorn Stadium is located next to National Stadium BTS on the Sukhumwit Line. From the station, a short walk or taxi ride will bring you to the gates.
Bangkok FC (the “Fire Bulls”), compete in Thailand’s T3 League and currently sit in 5th place. Last weekend the club were 4-3 winners away to Kamphaengphet. The team features both Thai and foreign players.
Saturday’s match promises a lot of excitement. The last time the teams met, there were plenty of goals. Bangkok FC striker Ibrahim Dicko (Ivory Coast) is one of the league’s top scorers with 14 goals over 20 matches.
As well as the evening game, the Bangkok FC Academy teams will play two matches at the stadium in the morning, with U14 vs U15 at 9 a.m., and then U17 vs U19 at 11:00 a.m.
The Bangkok FC Academy offers a full Academy programme, as well as Development Teams and mixed ability community sessions for children ages 5 to 19 years old.
Bangkok FC Academy (formerly BSS) has helped players develop and gain contracts with the Bangkok FC First Team and other top clubs in Thailand, Japan, the UK, New Zealand, and Australia.
