Suchat Dusadee, Deputy Superintendent of Pattaya City Police Station, received a report of a disturbance causing trouble for locals at a convenience store on Soi Pattaya Tai 17. Together with Pol. Capt. Panasarn Krongsit, Assistant Deputy Superintendent, he promptly led a team to investigate.
