Ready to get juiced, roasted, spritzed, and generously hopped way the fuck up? We’re dropping not just one… but five brand new brews, including an absolutely insane collaboration that’s been in the works behind the scenes. This is not your average beer launch — it’s a full-on flavour ambush @ Two Palms Taproom
First up: Money Trees – Hazy IPA (6%). This one’s brewed with Citra, El Dorado, and a massive dry hop of Elani (YQH 1320). Expect an explosion of tropical fruit — pink guava, peach, and sweet tangerine. Juicy, hazy, and loaded with vibes.
Then there’s Between Two Palms – Pale Ale (5.2%). It’s the perfect middle ground between a crisp West Coast pilsner and a lush tropical hazy. With Citra and Sultana (Denali) hops, it delivers bright notes of pineapple layered over fresh green pine. Super crushable and endlessly refreshing.
We’re also proud to introduce something totally different for Bangkok: Roasted Chestnut Stout (4.5%). Inspired by Yaowarat and our love of smoky, street-side flavors, this stout offers deep nutty richness balanced by bitter dark chocolate and roasty coffee. Smooth, bold, and unapologetically unique.
South of Somewhere – West Coast IPA (6%) takes you straight to the beach. It’s everything you want from a West Coast IPA — dry, punchy, and filled with hand-selected Mosaic hops. Think passionfruit and mango, all riding on a wave of dank, resinous character. Best served near palm trees or breaking surf.
And finally — the big one. Lychee Brut – an ultra-massive culinary collab with one of the world’s most celebrated chefs and Thailand’s very own culinary mastermind. Lychee Brut is dry, perfumed, and intensely tropical. Think Champagne elegance with the soul of a finely crafted beer. If you love bubbles and high-end wines, this one might just turn you into a full-on beer nerd.
