Manchester United icons such as Ryan Giggs and Paul Scholes will reunite in Da Nang during the Vietnam-United Kingdom Football Festival later this month.
The event will take place from June 26 to 29 in Da Nang, featuring football legends from Manchester United’s golden generation, including Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes, Michael Owen, Teddy Sheringham, Wes Brown, and several other former stars.
A highlight of the event will be a friendly match between the Vietnam All-Stars and the Manchester Reds, scheduled for the afternoon of June 27 at Hoa Xuan Stadium.
The Vietnam All-Stars team will feature many of the country’s most recognisable footballers, including Le Huynh Duc, Le Cong Vinh, Nguyen Hong Son, and Nguyen Van Quyet.
In addition to the match, the festival will include fan meet-and-greet sessions, autograph signings, charity programs, and activities to promote tourism and sports in Da Nang.
