Pha-Ngan Island, Surat Thani- More than 12,000 tourists joined in the Full Moon party on Pha-Ngan Island in Surat Thani. Mr. Wiwat Chuenban, vice president of the Tourism Council of Thailand told the Phuket Express “The party was held yesterday (December 9th) at Rin Beach in the Baan Tai sub-district.”
