At 3:15 a.m., the Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Foundation radio center received a report of the fall at a hotel on Pratamnak Soi 5 in Nong Prue, Bang Lamung, Chonburi.

Victim Identified
Rescuers found Ms. Dinara Dzhumagalieeva, 40, a Russian national, lying injured on the concrete ground beside the hotel building. Language barriers complicated communication, requiring mobile phone translation before first aid was given. She was then rushed to Bangkok Jomtien Hospital.
