We are delighted to bring you the best Trance DJs based in Thailand and internationally every Wednesday starting 24th August 2022 for 8 extraordinary weeks.
ONYX Nightclub has rebranded from multiple names, but the historic landmark still remains a prominent feature on the nightlife landscape since the 90s. Under its previous names, the nightclub has always spearheaded a new trend of music. It has gone through various journeys of rebuilding and rebranding to provide the industry with an ever-evolving nightclubbing experience that is different from the rest. Since the early 2000s, ONYX has led the wave of House music, despite the scene being predominantly focused on Hip Hop. Once again, they were the first to introduce Electronic Dance music, while upgrading their venue with the best lighting and sound production.
Known as the ‘ultimate dance party, King of clubs originates from Melbourne, Australia. Over the last decade, King of Clubs has been organising events exclusively in Australia and Thailand, ranging from genres such as EDM to Hard Trance. After multiple collaborations with ONYX, we are coming together to bring sounds from the underground to the forefront and centre stage. We invite you to explore sounds that were the highlight of the nightclub scenes in Europe in the late 90s and early 2000s. Trance music finally has a home, and ONYX will be the stomping ground. Trance Therapy Wednesday will play tunes such as, Trance, Tech Trance, Uplifting and Hard Trance. ONYX is going through a series of musical chapters and we cannot wait to share this with Thailand’s clubbing scene.
Our rotating resident DJs:
LonSkii – The leading man behind King of Clubs, Transmission Festival Asia and UnKonsicous festival, he has been in the trance scene since 2000 and started DJing professionally in 2004. He is well known for his Hard Trance sets, which keep the dance floor pumping until the very last song.
Sam Laxton – He is a talented up-and-coming producer from New Castle based in Bangkok. He has released many tracks on FSOE, SubCulture, AVA, Nocturnal Knights Music and many more!
Jonnie B – The man most well-known in the Trance Lovers Thailand community, and the promoter of FSOE Thailand. He is recognized for his Hard Tech set.
Lee Van Willem – An English DJ who is capable of spinning multiple genres from Techno to Trance to Drum and Bass. He is also the promoter behind Global Language.
PVLM – A talented Thai DJ with massive followers.
