Vietnam says homosexuality ‘not a disease’ in win for gay rights
Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam – Phong Vuong was preparing for the launch of a campaign advocating for the legalisation of gay marriage when he heard that the government had decided that homosexuality was “not a disease”. Vietnam’s Ministry of Health also announced that it was outlawing conversion therapy.
