Google enthusiast finds manhood-shaped island in the Pacific Ocean

Google Earth explorer Joleen Vultaggio, 50, from Michigan, Detroit, could not believe her eyes when she spotted a phallic-shaped island in the Pacific Ocean. The island is 500m long.
