The extension of the 30-day tourist visa waiver to 45 days and the 15-day visa-on-arrival policy to 30 days have all come to an end without proof or a change of heart.
Since October 1 of last year, residents of 64 countries were eligible for a 45-day visa waiver, which expired on March 31. Back to 30 days now, but another 30 days can still be added if necessary (with a visit to an immigration office in the days before your arrival status runs out, along with a passport photo and 1,900 baht).
