In a shocking and disturbing incident during Thailand’s lively Songkran Festival, a pregnant woman allegedly gave birth by the roadside and abandoned her newborn before rejoining the celebration.
According to Thai media reports the 27-year-old woman, who was eight months pregnant, was participating in the annual water-splashing festivities in Bangkok on the night of April 14 around 10.30pm.
